This easy aromatherapy bath recipe soothes your cranky mood and helps you get a good night's sleep, while also helping to break up congestion and ease your sore, achy muscles.

Lavender, marjoram and cedarwood essential oils help relieve pain by easing inflammation, relaxing tight muscles and lessening feelings of stress. Frankincense slows your breath and quiets your mind, promoting the feeling of clear airways.

Lavender Aromatherapy Bath Oil Recipe


10 drops Lavender essential oil

5 drops Frankincense essential oil

5 drops Marjoram essential oil

1 drop Cedarwood essential oil

4fl oz (125ml) carrier oil of your choice, such as jojoba or sweet almond oil


Combine all the ingredients in a dark glass or PET plastic bottle. Store it in a cool, dark place (not your bathroom cabinet - it's too warm and humid.)
