Dilute 10 drops each lavender, lemon & peppermint in 2oz grapeseed oil and rub into the bottoms of the feet 3 times a day.

Diffuse. Dilute 3 drops in a teaspoon of carrier oil or unscented lotion and apply to brain stem area at back of neck.
