Sugar & Spice Sensual Massage Oil Recipe

Make your own massage oil for a special night...
this hot oil massage blend warms you up inside and out!

sensual massage oil recipe Romance is in the air when you use this sensual massage oil recipe for a special night with your partner.

Sweet, spicy and exotic, this is one of the yummiest aphrodisiac massage oil recipes you can make - it warms, opens and relaxes your body and your senses. Ideal for a sensual hot oil massage!

Sandalwood, patchouli and ylang ylang soothe ragged end-of-day nerves and promote feelings of euphoria and well-being, while ginger warms and softens muscles.

Sugar & Spice Sensual Massage Oil Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 drops Sandalwood essential oil
  • 3 drops Sweet Orange essential oil
  • 2 drops Patchouli essential oil
  • 1 drop Ylang Ylang essential oil
  • 1 drop Ginger essential oil
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) carrier oil of your choice such as apricot kernel oil, jojoba oil or sunflower oil

Directions

Combine the ingredients in a dark glass or PET plastic bottle. (I recommend using one with an oil or lotion dispenser cap so you don't accidentally pour it all over everything in the excitement of getting a massage.)

Wait at least 24 hours after blending to let the mixture 'cure'. Keep the bottle in a cool, dark place. Use within three months.

If you want to make more of this sensual massage oil, depending on the size of the bottle, simply double or triple the recipe. (Remember it tends to go rancid after about three months.)

This recipe is excellent for hot oil massage. Simply heat the bottle in a jar of hot water and use... Click here for tips on how to give a great aromatherapy massage.

Cautions: Ginger may irritate sensitive skin, which is why it's at such a low concentration. If you're exceptionally sensitive, leave it out.

Sweet Orange may cause photosensitivity and sunburn. Do not use before sun exposure.
