The Art of
Sensual Massage

This book and DVD set is a lovely introduction to using massage for sensual pleasure and relaxation.

It's not a sex book so much as a "sense" book.

Each step is easy to understand and duplicate.

Tasteful nude photographs and drawings illustrate each technique.

Here's a lovely excerpt from one customer review: "One evening of review allowed me to confidently provide my wife an hour of stress relieving massage. The next hour was one of the most sensual of our 23-year marriage."

Head over to Amazon.com and read the reviews.

For people who want to get closer to their partner using massage, this book is a definite must-read. Check it out!

Make this sweet, exotic, earthy homemade massage oil recipe to calm your mind, slow your breathing and soothe your nerves.

This is a perfect aromatherapy stress remedy for the end of a long, hectic day - or anytime you feel frazzled, anxious or overwhelmed. Use it as a sensual warm massage oil with your partner for deep relaxation and mutual comfort.

If you don't have time for a full body massage, give yourself a gentle foot massage... At work, rub it on your temples and take a 5 minute 'time-out'... Or rub it into your stomach and chest just before bed to help you sleep.

Stress Relief Massage Oil Recipe

Ingredients

5 drops Orange OR Petitgrain essential oil

5 drops Frankincense essential oil

3 drops Marjoram essential oil

1 drop Jasmine OR Ylang Ylang essential oil (jasmine's better for this recipe, but more expensive)

1 drop Vetiver essential oil

1/4 cup (60ml) carrier oil of your choice such as apricot kernel oil or jojoba oil

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a dark glass or PET plastic bottle. (I suggest using one with an oil or lotion dispenser cap so you don't accidentally pour it all over everything.)

Wait at least 24 hours after blending to let the mixture 'cure'. Store the bottle in a cool, dark place. Use within three months.

If you want to make a larger amount of this recipe, simply double or triple the recipe. (Remember to use it within about three months.)
