Stress Relief Massage Oil Recipe
Ingredients
- 5 drops Benzoin essential oil
- 5 drops Frankincense essential oil
- 3 drops Marjoram essential oil
- 1 drop Jasmine OR ylang ylang essential oil
- 1 drop Vetiver essential oil
- 1/4 cup (60ml) carrier oil of your choice such as
apricot kernel oil,
jojoba oil or
sunflower oil
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a dark glass or PET plastic bottle.
(I suggest using one with an oil or lotion dispenser cap so you don't accidentally pour it all over everything.)
Wait at least 24 hours after blending to let the mixture 'cure'. Store the bottle in a cool, dark place. Use within three months.
If you want to make a larger amount of this recipe, simply double or triple the recipe.
(Remember to use it within about three months.)
