Lavender Aromatherapy Bath Oil Recipe

A relaxing, pain-relieving, sleep-inducing
aromatherapy bath recipe... ahhhhhh!



Unwind in a warm bath scented with sweet lavender aromatherapy bath oil...


This recipe soothes your cranky mood and helps you get a good night's sleep, while also helping to break up congestion and ease your sore, achy muscles.


Lavender, benzoin and cedarwood essential oils help relieve pain by reducing inflammation, relaxing tight muscles and sedating your nervous system.


They also support breathing by helping to clear your airways, while frankincense slows your breath and quiets your mind.


Good for stress, insomnia and colds and flu.


Lavender Aromatherapy Bath Oil Recipe

Ingredients

10 drops Lavender essential oil

5 drops Frankincense essential oil

5 drops Marjoram essential oil

1 drop Cedarwood essential oil

4fl oz (125ml) carrier oil of your choice, such as jojoba or sweet almond oil

Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a dark glass or PET plastic bottle. Store it in a cool, dark place (not your bathroom cabinet - it's too warm and humid.)
