How to Add Essential OIls Using My Candle Maker

Q: I have a candle maker where it heats wax and once its melted, I turn a switch and the wax pours into a jar. Can I add essential oil to the wax before it pours into the jar or should I do it afterwards?

A: I think you should add the essential oils afterward. If you have a candle thermometer, wait until you see that the wax has cooled down to about 115 degrees. then drop the essential oils ino the jar and give the liquid a good stir. Then let it harden as usual. I hope that helps - good luck!
