Using Glycolic Acid in Homemade Lotion
by: Kyley

Hi Milli,

My research shows that glycolic acid can be extremely dangerous, although it is used in cosmetic applications.

From what I saw, you would want to keep it to under 10% of a recipe. I feel uncomfortable recommending adding any at all, due to its extreme acidity, but you're free to do the math and give it a try. I just don't want to be responsible for any painful peeling!
