Frankincense Essential Oil

Calming, supportive and... wrinkle-reducing (Yay!)

Frankincense essential oil is lovely. It's relaxing, calming and it helps you breathe more deeply - perfect for helping you fall asleep.

Frankincense is also the most well-known wrinkle reducer and skin repair oil in aromatherapy... good for eczema and scarring.

Frankincense is helpful for a host of emotional states such as fear, insecurity, feelings of loss or rejection, lack of motivation or self-worth, self-crticism, shame and nightmares... to name a few.

Emotionally speaking, frankincense builds you up and stabilizies you.

The other great thing about frankincense is that its scent is suitable for men and women - not overly floral or girly. It's my all-time favorite oil. No night-time recipe should be without it!
