Welcome to the wonderful world of
aromatherapy recipes!

Easy Aromatherapy Recipes is all about the essential oil recipes I've tried and tested (mostly on my hapless family) and been happy with the results. When I find a winner, I post it here for everyone to share.

Although I've taken a lot of care to do extensive research on the essential oils and other ingredients that go into these recipes, I'm not (yet!) a Certified Aromatherapist.

I'm an ordinary person just like lots of other people who believe in using green, healthy, natural products on their bodies and in their homes. (That's not to say I'm not working on it... these things take time, you know!)

They really work, they're earth-friendly, they power-up your immune system, kill germs and bacteria, and they smell great! Oh yeah, and they cost pennies compared to store brands. You've gotta try them!
