Hi there,

It really depends on what your skin is like. If it's dry or wrinkly or patchy, then you would want to use the carrier oils and essential oils best for those problems. I don't think there's anything special for smokers skin, so you'll just want to deal with your skin's condition the same as if you weren't a smoker.
