Essential Oil Diffuser Facts

Aromatherapy diffusers spread the love!

essential oil diffuser
Using an essential oil diffuser is an easy, effective way to add a wonderful dimension of comfort, energy, and healthiness to your home.

Aromatherapy diffusers work by vaporizing essential oils and then allowing them to disperse either by natural air movement or by use of the diffuser's fan.

You can use an essential oil diffuser to create a warm, comforting environment with scents like lavender and vanilla. Or you can cleanse the air and lift the energy with lemon or eucalyptus.

My sister uses an aromatherapy diffuser at night to calm and relax her young children, making bedtime less of a battle. (I LOVE this idea - wish I'd tried it years ago!)

Essential oil diffusers are effective, practical, safe and attractive (mostly!) They come in several different types, each with its own advantages and disadvantages.

They're suitable for just about any room in your house, plus your office and your car. They range in price from pennies (I once found an aroma lamp for a dollar at my grocery store!) to over $100.

Generally speaking, aromatherapy nebulizers are the most effective type of diffuser because of the way they process essential oils. They're also the most expensive essential oil diffusers (of course!) but well worth the investment.
