Cypress Essential Oil

Calming, cheering, refreshing

Cypress essential oil has a fabulous woody, relaxing scent.

It calms and relaxes you while at the same time sharpening your mental clarity - perfect to use during a long, stressful day.

Cypress is also well known for reducing perspiration, especially of the feet, for clearing up dandruff and oily skin. Great for skincare recipes!

Cypress oil narrows your blood vessels, so it's good for bruises and hemorrhoids, as well as reducing varicose veins. Apply a cool compress with a few drops of cypress oil diluted in a tablespoon of carrier oil. You can do this up to three times a day.

Aromatherapists use cypress oil to help calm asthma symptoms as well as dry, ticklish coughs, bronchitis, emphysema, whooping cough and the flu - basically anything yucky in the lungs.

It's also good for muscle cramps (including period pain) and arthritis pain.
