I work in a natural medicine store that sells essential oils and I have been making blends for years. I want to start making products and am looking for information on labeling requirements. I would appreciate any suggestions on where to find clear information for labeling guidelines!

Hi Victoria,

That's a really tough question to answer. I searched around for about half an hour looking for a SIMPLE explanation of labeling laws, and all I could find is the actual FDA manual, and it's a HARD read. Ugh.

Here's a link to the FDA info. I think you're just going to have to plow through it.
